It's official, I don't have a new born. Landon is 9 months old (and some change by the time this post goes up). He has officially spent more time enjoying the outside world than he did baking. And just like a baked good you enjoy the mixing but the end product is so much more enjoyable. So while we are on the topic of baked goods, lets just run with it shall we?

Lets call this little masterpiece A Landon Snicker Cheesecake, if you would like to find out the recipe then please keep reading.
Landon Snicker Cheesecake
9 cups of Sweet baby boy
8 cups of walk with support
4 cups of happy squeals
2 tbsp of clapping
2 1/2 tsp of laughter
1 tbsp of things in his mouth
2 1/2 cups of baby teeth
and a dash of more solid poop! (sorry - this is the salt I guess lol)
All baking references aside this little boy has really grown up! He is so smart ( seriously!) well aware of his surroundings, family members and loved ones. He loves to clench his fists together and scream ( in a happy way), he crawls to anything that looks stable and uses it to maintain balance as he walks around and puts everything BUT food in his mouth. He loves anything in a cup, water, mommy's milk, and smoothies! He is enjoying sleeping with mom and dad until they get their act together and let him back in his crib, he naps on the couch in his favourite little corner and even knows how to come down without help.
He loves to crawl near the stairs when he hears the door open, he can be in a deep sleep but will always wake up the minute he hears daddy's voice. He is super friendly and usually gets associates at the store to carry things to the car for mommy (yay! lol). He really loves books, water bottles, cardboard boxes and every once in a while he will play with a real toy. His top teeth are coming in and he is surviving by biting everything and everyone. He is such a joy this little boy and I could go on and on about how much he brightens my day. I can't believe he wasn't here at one point, its hard to imagine! He is truly as sweet, salty, and nutty as a snicker with enough mushy goodness of a cheesecake. He is my big 9 Month old boy!
Share what you would name your little one if he/she was a dessert, I'd love to see the names you come up with!
