Hey Mama,

Being a mom is a role that I had always anticipated as a child. There is something about the responsibility of children that has always intrigued me. Little girls often grow up with dolls, toy babies, an easy bake oven and the desire to boss a tiny human around. Well, goodbye plastic, and hello real life crying - poop machine. Now don't get me wrong, I understand that there is so much more to motherhood than that, but lets be real- those are two major components we often fail to consider when we fantasize about becoming a mom.

If you read my "about me" section before reading this post then you are fully aware that I am no motherhood guru, however I am an expert at living my life and telling the adventures I have encountered.

If you are anything like me, you enjoy reading the truths that other women encounter on their journey of motherhood. I truly hope that this blog will inspire, connect and draw mothers with different stories to tell and paths to walk on.

I won't always have a tip that works for your child, or a picture set up in the perfect Pinterest home but if you'd like a taste of something real stick around, dinner is almost ready.
